What is a junk hat?


A junk hat is a statement hat designed with layered elements such as text, patches, rhinestones, chains, charms, and custom embellishments. Each hat is handcrafted and intentionally one of a kind.



Is every hat really custom?


Yes. Every junk hat is fully custom and designed from scratch based on the details you provide. No two hats are ever the same.



What is the starting price?


The base price is $40, which includes the hat and a custom design. Additional embellishments and upgrades are available at checkout for an added cost.



How long does it take to make my hat?


Our standard turnaround time is 7–14 business days, not including shipping time.


Need it sooner? A rush order (3–5 business days) is available for an additional fee.



Can I see a mockup before my hat is made?


At this time, mockups are not provided. By placing your order, you agree to trust the designer’s creative process.



Can I make changes after placing my order?


No. Once your order is submitted and production begins, changes cannot be made. Please double-check spelling, colors, and details before submitting your form.



Do you accept returns or refunds?


No. Due to the custom nature of junk hats, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.



What if I don’t upload inspiration photos?


That’s perfectly fine. Inspiration photos are optional. If none are uploaded, your hat will be designed based on the details provided and the designer’s creative judgment.



Will my hat look exactly like the inspiration photo?


Inspiration photos are used as guidance, not replicas. Your hat will be a unique design inspired by your request—not an exact copy.



Do you offer rush orders?


Yes. Rush orders are available for an additional fee and are completed within 3–5 business days, excluding shipping.



What if I choose “designer creative freedom”?


If selected, the designer has full creative control over the final design. No revisions will be made.



What happens if my package is delayed?


Once your order ships, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or weather-related issues.
