What does pre-order mean?

A pre-order means you are purchasing a journal before it is ready to ship. These journals are made to order and will ship once production is complete.

When will my journal ship?

Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page. Pre-order journals ship in the order they are received. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?

Because pre-order journals are made to order, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once production has begun. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

Will I be charged now or when it ships?

Payment is processed at checkout at the time your pre-order is placed.

Can I return a pre-order journal?

Pre-order items are not eligible for returns or refunds. If your journal arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.

What if my order includes in-stock items?

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are available.
